These terms apply to orders placed on beachquench.com. The seller is Strongwork, licensed in Seychelles, trading as Beach Quench. Invoices, receipts and payment records name Strongwork.
1. The service
Beach Quench sells pizza, beer, rum, wine and related items for delivery on Praslin, including by boat S22324 and by icebox on selected beaches. We may refuse an order if we cannot reach you in time, if weather is unsafe for the boat, or if age checks fail.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are in Seychelles rupees (SCR) as set in WooCommerce. Delivery is SCR 20 per km. You pay the product total plus delivery. We may correct obvious pricing errors before we accept the order.
3. Hours
We accept and deliver between 10:00 and 19:00 unless we announce otherwise. An order placed near closing may be refused or moved to the next service day.
4. Delivery
You must give an accurate beach, hotel, villa or GPS pin. If we cannot find you after a reasonable attempt, we may cancel the delivery and charge a trip fee. Risk in the goods passes when we hand them to you on the beach or at the agreed point.
5. Alcohol
You must be 18 or older to order or receive alcohol. We may ask for photo ID. We will not leave alcohol with anyone who appears under 18 or intoxicated. Misuse of alcohol is your responsibility.
6. Food and drink quality
Tell us allergies and diet needs when you order. Pizza toppings and Build Your Own items may change with supply. Seafood and meat are perishable; eat them promptly after delivery. We are not liable for how food is stored after handover.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel before we start preparing the order. After preparation or dispatch, charges may stand. If we cancel (weather, stock, safety), we refund the amount paid for that order.
8. Payment
Payment methods shown at checkout apply. Strongwork appears on the invoice. Keep your receipt for any claim.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by Seychelles law, Strongwork is not liable for indirect loss (missed plans, hotel inconvenience) arising from late delivery caused by sea conditions, traffic, or an unclear location. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any right you cannot waive by law.
10. Changes
We may update hours, delivery points, the menu and these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
